    Initial Consultation

    We begin with a walkthrough of your property to assess the space, take measurements and photographs, and understand the style and setting of the home. We’re happy to meet with you or your real estate agent, or arrange access via key collection if preferred.

    Quote & Scheduling

    Following the consultation, we’ll provide a tailored quote for your staging package. Once approved, we’ll coordinate an installation date, typically scheduled prior to property photography and in collaboration with you and your agent.

    Confirmation

    Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send through your invoice along with our terms of engagement. Payment is required prior to installation.

    Installation Day

    Our team will carefully transform your property using curated furniture and styling pieces designed to enhance the home and appeal to buyers. You do not need to be present, however access to the property will be required. We recommend allowing a full day for installation.

    On the Market

    Your beautifully presented home is now ready for photography, open homes, and viewings. Staging will remain in place for the agreed hire period.

    Pack Down & Removal

    Once your property is sold, or the staging period has ended, we’ll arrange a suitable time to carefully remove all staging items from the home.

  • No, you do not need to be present during installation. We simply require access to the property on the scheduled staging day.

  • Our standard staging period is up to 6 weeks, with extended styling options available upon request.
